Yes. Inspections and estimates are free anywhere in our six county service area. You get drone photos of what we find and a written price, and the decision is always yours.
02How fast can you start?
Repairs are often handled within a day or two. Full replacements are usually scheduled within the same week or two. Active leaks get 24 hour emergency response.
03Are you licensed and insured?
Fully. Precise Roofing Inc holds CSLB License #1111816 with General B, C-39 Roofing and C-2 Insulation classifications, and we are bonded and insured.
04What types of roofs do you work on?
All of them: shingle, tile, flat and low slope, TPO, torch down, metal, commercial membranes and coatings. Homes, apartment buildings and commercial properties alike.
05How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on size, pitch, material and the condition of the wood underneath. That is exactly why the inspection is free: you get a real number for your roof, not a guess.
06Do you help with insurance claims?
We document storm damage with drone photos and a written report that makes the claim straightforward, we meet the adjuster on site, and we complete the repairs once the claim is approved.
