PreferredGutter repair, fast efficient and professional. Joseph was attentive and made sure to go the extra mile. I am so grateful. Thank you Precise Roofing!
Professional, courteous, and thorough. They checked that every shingle and seal was perfect. The roof feels solid, and the service far exceeded my expectations.
Our vintage home needed a roof repair that matched its classic style. They specialize in historic homes and did an amazing job. They preserved the aesthetic while enhancing the roof's functionality. Their respect for historical integrity and craftsmanship was impressive.
My roof was replaced by David, and the outcome is fantastic. I was quite impressed by his craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Built from the roof up
Precise Roofing Inc was founded by Yossi Karvani on a simple idea: do honest roofing work that customers can feel good about. Our team learned the trade the only way that actually works, on the roof, mastering tear offs, decks, flashing and finish work one project at a time across twenty years in the Bay Area.
Today we are based in Walnut Creek and serve all six Bay Area counties with crews that treat every property with respect, keep communication clear, and focus on results that hold up through decades of winters. We are a family run company. The same supervisors you meet at the inspection are the ones on your roof, and the phone number on this page is the one that gets answered after the job is done.
We hold CSLB License #1111816 with General B, C-39 Roofing and C-2 Insulation classifications, we are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, and we are bonded and insured. More than two hundred completed roofs, a 4.8 rating from 132 Google reviewers, and a drone in the truck on every job.
Four things we never compromise
Do it right the first time
Shortcuts on a roof always come back as leaks. We install to manufacturer spec every time, even where nobody will ever see it.
Say it straight
If a repair will do, we say repair. If the roof is done, we show you the drone photos that prove it. Honest verdicts are the foundation of this company.
Respect the property
Landscaping protected, materials staged clean, magnetic sweep for nails, daily cleanup. Your home is not a job site dumpster.
Show up and follow up
We answer the phone, we keep the schedule, and we come back if anything ever needs attention. That is how 4.8 ratings happen.
What you get on every project
The same standards on a small repair and a full replacement.
Licensed General B, C-39 and C-2
CSLB #1111816. Verify it yourself on the state license board, we link to it in the footer.
Bonded and insured
Full bonding and liability coverage on every project, so your property is never exposed.
Owens Corning Preferred Contractor
Factory backed system warranties that outlast the company that installed them.
Drone photo reports
You see exactly what we see before you spend a dollar. No ladders, no scare tactics.
Written warranties
Manufacturer material coverage plus our own workmanship warranty, on paper.
Open 24 hours, 7 days
Active leaks jump the line. We answer, we show up, we stop the water.
Family run, same crew every time
The supervisors you meet at the inspection are the ones on your roof.
Clean sites, magnet swept
Landscaping protected, debris hauled daily, and a magnetic sweep for nails.
Four steps from first call to flyover
No sales theater. An inspection, a written number, the work done to spec, and photos from the air to prove it.
Reach out
Call, text or send the form. We ask a few questions and schedule the inspection, often for the next day.
Free drone inspection
We walk the roof and the attic, fly the drone, and show you what we found with photos. Written estimate the same day.
We do the work
Tear off, deck repair at the per sheet price you approved, underlayment and flashing the same day, then your new roof to spec.
The flyover
We fly the drone over the finished roof, send you the photos, walk the property with you and hand over the warranty.
