A new roof installed with thin underlayment, missing starter strips or bad ventilation will leak or cook itself long before its rated life. On a new build you have one chance to get the deck, the ventilation and the flashing right while everything is accessible. We take that chance seriously.
How we solve it
We review the plans, walk the framed deck and confirm the roof assembly with you. Underlayment and flashing are installed as soon as the deck is ready, the roofing follows, and we coordinate each inspection with the city or county so the project keeps moving.

What actually sets the price of new roof installation
No two roofs cost the same, and anyone who quotes over the phone is guessing. These are the six things we measure before we write a number.

It depends on the architecture, the fire zone and the budget. Class A architectural shingles are the value leader. Tile and standing seam metal cost more and last longer. We walk you through the options honestly.
03Do you handle the roofing permit on a new build?
If the roof is part of a larger permitted project the builder usually carries it. For standalone garages and ADUs we pull the permit ourselves.
04How is a new roof warrantied?
