What usually goes wrong
A water stain that grows after each storm, shingles in the yard after a windy night, daylight in the attic, granules piling up in the gutters, or a sag you can see from the street. Any of these means water already has a path in. A repair done this month costs a fraction of the deck and drywall damage you will be paying for next spring.
How we solve it
We inspect the roof surface and the attic side, pinpoint where the water is getting in, and give you a written price before we touch anything. Repairs are usually completed the same visit. If the roof is too far gone to repair honestly, we tell you that too, and show you the photos that prove it.
What actually sets the price of roof repair
No two roofs cost the same, and anyone who quotes over the phone is guessing. These are the six things we measure before we write a number.
We price the fix for where the water gets in, not where it shows up inside. Finding it is part of the free inspection.

Active leaks get priority scheduling, often within 24 hours anywhere in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, and within a day or two across the rest of the Bay Area. We can tarp first if rain is coming and finish the permanent repair right after.
02Is it worth repairing an older roof?
Often yes. A roof with ten good years left and one bad flashing detail should be repaired, not replaced. We tell you honestly which situation you are in and show you the photos behind that opinion.
03Do you repair tile roofs?
Yes. Slipped tiles, cracked tiles and torn underlayment under tile are common across the East Bay and we carry matching profiles for most of the clay and concrete tile found here.
