After the storm, what to do first
What usually goes wrong
Move anything valuable away from the leak, catch the water, and call us. Do not climb on a wet roof. We tarp the same day, then inspect once it is safe. Photos of the interior damage as it happens are useful for your claim, and we add the roof side documentation.
How we solve it
Emergency stabilization first, then a complete inspection of the roof, attic and interior ceilings. We provide a written damage report with photos, work with your adjuster if you file a claim, and complete the repairs or replacement once approved.
What actually sets the price of storm and water damage repair
