I saw their reviews on google and asked for an inspection for preventative maintenance if any of my roof and gutters. Their tech was here within a couple of hours, did a quick inspection and said nothing needed to be done. Speaks to their honesty. This is who I will be calling if something does come up in the future.
From the estimate to the final inspection, everything was smooth and stress free. You can tell they care about their work. Great experience!
Honest company, and great customer service! They won't try to scam you to pay for work you don't need.
The attic showed water marks. The team gave straightforward advice. They found rot beside flashing. We liked their simple quote. Our new roof feels secure.
What we do
Every project we do starts with an inspection, and the inspection is free. We walk the roof, check every flashing detail, look at the attic side for moisture and ventilation problems, and fly the drone for a full aerial record. You get a photo report with a straight verdict: repair, replace, or leave it alone for now.

Step and counter flashing where the stone meets the shingles. The number one leak source we find on Bay Area roofs.
When to schedule an inspection
What usually goes wrong
Before the rainy season, after a big wind event, before you buy or sell a home, when your roof turns fifteen, or any time you see a stain and are not sure where it came from. Catching a lifted shingle in October is a repair. Finding it in February is a deck replacement.
How we solve it
Schedule by phone or form. The inspector arrives, walks the roof and the attic, flies the drone, and reviews what was found with you on the spot. The written report follows the same day. There is no pressure and no invented problems.
What actually sets the price of roof inspection
No two roofs cost the same, and anyone who quotes over the phone is guessing. These are the six things we measure before we write a number.
We price the fix for where the water gets in, not where it shows up inside. Finding it is part of the free inspection.
A leak that ran under three courses is a different job than one that stopped at the flashing.
Matching discontinued shingles or tile profiles can mean sourcing or blending, which we tell you up front.
Most repairs are flashing repairs. Chimney, skylight and wall flashing drive the scope more than the shingles.
Seeing the underside of the deck tells us whether the sheathing survived or needs a sheet.
Emergency tarping and same day response is priced as a visit. The permanent repair is quoted after the water stops.

(888) 288-1885Free inspection01Is the inspection really free?
Yes. Inspections and estimates are free everywhere in our service area. The report is yours whether or not you hire us.
02Do you inspect roofs for home purchases?
Yes. A roof is the most expensive single component of a home and a buyer should know its condition before closing. We provide a clear written report that works for buyers, sellers and agents.
03How often should a Bay Area roof be inspected?
Once a year, ideally in early fall before the rains, plus after any major wind storm. Tile and flat roofs benefit from a yearly check of underlayment and drains.
04Do you use drones on every inspection?
Yes. The aerial view shows ridge, valley and flashing conditions that are hard to see from a ladder, and you get the images.
