I had a few problems with the roof of my rental property and talked to a few companies. At the end I decided to go with Precise Roofing. Thank God I've chosen those guys. Their project manager Toni was great. He explained me in details what and how they'll be dealing with the inspection and problems. He offered me a window of a few days to do the job, which was quite fine with me. He kept me posted on the progress every step and was constantly in touch, sending me photos of what's been done. Their team went out of the way to fix the rotten parts, install insulation and new tiles all in one day (the rain started pouring like crazy the next day).
