Their tech was here within a couple of hours, did a quick inspection and said nothing needed to be done. Speaks to their honesty. I still can’t believe how Joseph handled my roof repair. Last week I noticed water dripping into my living room. By the time he arrived I was a nervous wreck. Joseph calmly went up and down, located a hidden crack, and sealed it perfectly. I just sat on my couch watching in awe, feeling more relieved with every step he took. Heroes don’t wear capes, they climb roofs!
I had a few problems with the roof of my rental property and talked to a few companies. At the end I decided to go with Precise Roofing. Thank God I've chosen those guys. Their project manager Toni was great. He explained me in details what and how they'll be dealing with the inspection and problems. He offered me a window of a few days to do the job, which was quite fine with me. He kept me posted on the progress every step and was constantly in touch, sending me photos of what's been done. Their team went out of the way to fix the rotten parts, install insulation and new tiles all in one day (the rain started pouring like crazy the next day). It was quite a sizable project, even bigger than I suspected. I cannot be happier. Great job, great communication, great project management! Thanks, Precise Roofing!
